The Crane Arm Ergo Assist combines the traveling range of a crane with the advantages of a manipulator.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

The Crane Arm Ergo Assist can:

• Float the load with no up / down pushbuttons
• Hold the load in the same attitude, even when gripping off the center of gravity
• Reach under a car or into an opening
• Accelerate smoothly without the swaying or "pendulum" effect of a hoist
• Travel as far as a crane can
• The Crane Arm requires only air and can mount any custom gripper or tooling on the column.

ABOUT THE CRANE ARM

The crane arm (patent pending) is the result of several years of development at Givens Engineering Inc. The benefits of a manipulator are well known, but until now there has been no way to transfer those benefits to a crane.
