This month, we are excited to showcase our track-mounted DC Tool Lift Assist!
Some Features Include:
- This machine supports a DC nutrunner to fasten screws under a car.
- It includes overtravel limit switches, stopping the line if the tool is dragged out of its working area.
- Guarding near the floor prevents the operator’s feet and other objects from getting caught under the bridge.
- The DC controller is also integrated into the line-side panel to collect torque data.
- It features two-handed controls to move the tool and begin the torque process.
- Using air cylinders and THK rail to float the tool and a floor-mounted track system makes positioning the tool effortless and smooth.
- An optional tractor mount bracket allows for a simple powered motion upgrade in the future.
- Electronic sensors and LED indicators determine when the operator is in the correct position and let the operator know when torquing can begin.
- The system also includes a group restart button to restart the line in case of a fault.
