In October, we unveiled our new assembly plant, further demonstrating Givens Engineering’s commitment to growth, innovation, and engineering-driven manufacturing solutions. As the first building in the area, the 30,000-square-foot building stands on a spacious four-acre property at 1980 Victory Court, offering extensive potential for future expansion.
A Purpose-Built Assembly Plant Designed for Growth
Our new industrial assembly plant has a lofty 40-foot ceiling clearance and was engineered with the structural steel capacity to operate two 10-ton overhead cranes. This design allows us to efficiently manage large-scale fabrication, assembly, and custom engineering projects, while maintaining flexibility for a wide range of client requirements.
The facility was intentionally designed to support complex manufacturing processes, heavy equipment handling, and long-term operational growth.

Our new location also offers excellent accessibility, just 10 minutes from our main office, and is conveniently located near Veterans Memorial Parkway for streamlined logistics. This strategic positioning enhances transportation efficiency and supports faster project turnaround times for our clients.
