IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING
LOW-FRICTION END TRUCKS AND TROLLEYS
G-Rail™ cranes feature rigid end trucks, minimizing skewing off the runways for precise movement. Machined from aluminum instead of welded, these end trucks ensure accurate fits and eliminate binding.
Trolley bearings are open-architecture, allowing water to shed and evaporate making for easier inspections, while stainless steel construction with food-grade lubrication ensures durability. Welds are continuous and water-tight, so there are no fastened joints that might trap liquid.
LIGHTWEIGHT G-RAIL™
G-Rail™ shapes boast exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratios, achieved through optimized profile dimensions.
These profiles maintain capacity over spans up to 4m, extendable to 9m with patented lightweight Slant Truss, or opt for rail-on-rail reinforcement for low-headroom setups.
BRIDGE HANGERS
G-Rail™ bridge cranes provide versatile hanging options for different installation scenarios. Each solution addresses specific challenges, ensuring secure crane operation.
- Low-Steel-Hangers (LSH) optimize runway height for most steel levels.
- High Steel-Hangers (HSH) for higher structures with added stability from diagonals.
- Plate hangers for level steel-work.
- Saddle hangers support runways around columns.
SLANT TRUSS
The patented G-Rail™ Bridge Crane Slant Truss is an all-aluminum reinforcement system designed to boost crane stiffness.
While essential for bridge spans of 25′-35′, no reinforcement is necessary for shorter spans.
